Theatre Etiquette - Cell phones, pagers and watches should be turned off during the performance. Food and beverages are not permitted in the theatre, with the exception of Theatre Concessions. Cameras, video cameras and recording devices are prohibited inside the theatre. In the event of any disturbances, ushers will ask those individuals to leave the auditorium.
Babes in Arms - Babes in Arms are defined as children up to 9 months old. BABES IN ARMS will be permitted to sit on their parents lap. Patrons are required to purchase tickets for children older than 9 months. Fussy children will be required to exit the theatre to avoid disruption to the performance and the audience around them. ALL persons regardless of age must have a ticket to enter the auditorium. The Ontario Fire Code regulations state that everyone attending a performance must have an admission ticket and an assigned seat. The Ontario Fire Code states that a child (Older than 9 months) sitting on someone's lap is not considered to be in an assigned seat. This measure is taken to ensure the approved seating capacity of the auditorium is not exceeded and for the safety of all guests. NO STANDING IN THE AISLES.
Age Definitions - Senior rates apply to those 65 and older. Youth rates apply to those 18 and younger.
Latecomers - Latecomers will be seated at a suitable break in the performance as determined by the renter or artist. Patrons who leave the theatre during the performance will also be asked to wait and will be reseated at a suitable time in the show.
